At Bliss

We provide care service and support tailored to all client needs.

Our visit starts at anything from 30 minutes to 24-hour care. We cover short term care for those clients that require some help due to illness, respite care (given family or usual carer a short break), hospital discharge and long term care and support for elderly, dementia, end of life, disable, mental health and learning disability clients. We provide care for private and local authority clients.

We are a family run business that works with fully trained, reliable, honest, compassionate carers to ensure our clients have the best level of support for their needs.

How We Serve

Positive morning start

Assist clients in all areas of personal care and hygiene, wash, shower, bath, oral hygiene, catheter care, incontinence care, dressing, preparation of breakfast

Mealtime

Support or full preparation meals, encouraging a healthier and balanced diet and fluids intake.

Get settled

Assist clients on getting ready and settled for the evening, ensure clients are safe, assist with all personal care and hygiene, wash, shower, bath, oral hygiene, catheter care, incontinence care, get dressed for the evening, preparation of evening meals/snacks.

Medication

Prompting or full administration of prescribed medication.

Do it with or for you

Shopping, light domestic tasks, laundry and ironing.

Your time

This is a unique and special time that you need for what you want such as: escorting to restaurant, library, private events, theatre, cinema, concerts, community centre.

Escort and support to attend hospital appointments and other appointments.
